Who we are

This website is operated by Ha'Ofakim Ma'ale Adumim Ltd. (company no. 514664655) of Beit HaDfus 7, Jerusalem ("the Company", "we").

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us — your name and phone number in the contact forms, and on the project site also your email address and the apartment type you are interested in. You are under no legal obligation to provide these, but without them we cannot get back to you.
• Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device identifiers, approximate location, pages viewed and how you reached the site. Under Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law this counts as personal information even where no name is attached to it.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and send you project information — floor plans, specification and prices.
• To send you marketing about the project, only if you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• To improve the site, measure advertising performance and understand how the site is used.

Who receives it

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to any third party for that party's own use. Enquiries are held in the Company's own CRM and used by us alone.

Like any website, we do rely on service providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:

• Hosting and site infrastructure — the platform the site and CRM run on.
• Google Tag Manager and measurement services — usage and advertising data. These providers may operate outside Israel.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button, your message travels through WhatsApp's platform and is subject to its terms.

We will also disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to running the site; others are used for statistics, advertising measurement and ad targeting.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:

• Review the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

Send any such request to office@bd-g.co.il. We will respond within the period set by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information. No online system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always appear on this page with a new update date.
